Yes, based on your renter history we charge a refundable security deposit of $2,500-$5,000. The fee is refunded within 48 hours after checkout pending no damages or violations.

The allowed capacity is up to 2 people per bedroom. If you wish to have guests over and or host a party/gathering or a professional production photoshoot, please request permission in advance. Additonal fees may apply.
