Head to Nashville Craft Distillery in downtown and taste small-batch spirits made from scratch with regional ingredients. As your crew samples the booze, former DNA laboratory director, Bruce Boeko, will teach you the science behind the spirits and the technical details of fermentation. Our handcrafted spirits are made from scratch in-house by our distilling team at 514 Hagan Street near Downtown Nashville, so every sample you taste and every bottle you buy is a true craft spirit, made in Music City. Former DNA laboratory director Bruce Boeko put his science background to work in a new setting, opening Nashville Craft Distillery in 2016 with a focus on local and regional ingredients and resources. We produce whiskey, gin, sorghum spirits and other craft spirits, and in keeping with our love of science, our distiller-led tours give visitors a behind-the-scenes look at the technical details of fermentation and distillation.

• Tuesday-Saturday: first tour, 11 a.m.; last tour, 5 p.m. Sunday: first tour, 1 p.m.; last tour, 5 p.m.
• Reservations are requested for groups of 6 or more.
• Tours: $12 per person, plus tax, includes 3 samples. (Additional samples and cocktails available for purchase.)
