Question 1

I've never practiced yoga before. Can I participate in a yoga session?

Absolutely! Our classes are for all yoga levels unless noted otherwise. We offer modifications for beginners through advanced practitioners.

Question 2

How do I book a session?

Accepted Answer

Visit our website and send us a message with how many guests you're expecting and your preferred date and time. We'll confirm availability and send back an invoice for a 50% deposit to hold the spot. You can pay online right through the invoice.

Question 3

Where will we practice?

Accepted Answer

Wherever it's most convenient for you... you can choose the location for your session whether that's at the beach, at your rental property, or at a park.

Question 4

What should we bring to the session?

Accepted Answer

If the session is on the beach, you'll want to bring a towel or sheet for each person to practice on. Yoga mats do not do well in the sand.
If the session is at your rental, inside or on a grassy/paved area, we have mats available for rent at $5 each.
Everyone will want to bring a water. Sunscreen and sunglasses are highly encouraged.

How much does it cost?

Each 60-minute session is $85 for the first person and $20 for each additional guest. For example, a class of 5 is $165, a class of 6 is $185, a class of 7 is $205...

Question 6

How many people can practice?

Accepted Answer

We've had sessions for two people up to 25 people before. Let us know how many you have and we'll make arrangements and include sound equipment if necessary.

Question 7

What if it rains?

Accepted Answer

We can take your yoga session inside and move some furniture around to make space, or practice under a covered area on your property. If there's no other option than to cancel due to the weather, there is a $30 cancellation fee that will be retained from your deposit.

Question 8

Is gratuity included or should we tip our instructor?

Accepted Answer

Gratituity is much appreciated, but not required. It's up to you if you would like to tip your instructor.
