Scott was very articulate, explaining everything for every level. Can't wait to book my next class with him.

I had such a great experience. The class was set up not only for one time dumpling making but how to do it in the future with shortcuts that make it possible to replicate. Scott was an engaging teacher. I am already thinking about what spin I could make on dumplings in the future.

Such a great night out! Chef Scott and Chef Heidi were casual and fun and at the same time very informative and professional. It was the perfect balance. The chef talked just enough to give great information and answer questions and then let us get to it and be hands-on. We learned three ways to shape dumplings, some tricks for how to cook them, and great info on ingredients. They all turned out delicious. We had 5 people in our group and we all loved it.

It was a lot of fun and the food was great! Everything was set up very nicely, in a pleasant venue. Scott is very personable. I'd do it again!

This is our second cooking class with Chef Scott and it was amazing once again! We have did the sushi class before and just took the dumpling class. This is the perfect date night and my boyfriend and I love going to these classes!! Would highly recommend doing one of them.
