Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You may smoke outside on the patio, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Please keep track of your personal belongings. ANY valuables left on the property/site are left at your own risk. Owners & co-hosts are not responsible. Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x) + shipping/mailing fees.

Yes, there is a digital guidebook for the home that includes the House Manual with information on all the house's systems along with neighborhood info, restaurant recommendations, activities and more. The link will be sent once the booking is confirmed.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including the private backyard and all its amenities, with the exception of garage and locked owner closets.

Please exercise caution & follow the protocol. The hot tub is here for your enjoyment. Please exercise caution when using and follow the protocol below. Any questions or problems, please let us know immediately. The hot tub should always remain covered when not in use and the jets be turned off. After using, please put the cover back in the same original location and ensure edges are properly aligned. Do not manually turn off the switch to the hot tub unless it's a real necessity. The hot tub needs to always be connected to power to auto clean and maintain temperature. Resting temperature is 98, can be increased before use but reduce temp to 98 after use. No one under the age of 16 years allowed to use the hot tub unsupervised.

Turning On: Turn on the gas by aligning the knob parallel to the gas line (pointy end facing the street). The switch is located next to the water line by the deck.

The speaker will appear as ‘JBL Boombox’ under Bluetooth devices once turned on. Feel free to move it around the house or take it outside. It’s powerful, so to keep things enjoyable for everyone, please set the volume to a reasonable level—around 40% should be perfect to avoid disturbing others.

Yes, there are outdoor lights. They are on a timer and turn on at sunset and go off at 1AM. Note that there are always a set of lights ‘ON’ around the perimeter of the house at night so there’s visibility and for security reasons.

Checkout is 11 AM or earlier on the day of your departure. Please leave all linens on beds and towels in bathrooms and our cleaning team will handle when they arrive shortly after 11 AM. Keep in mind your door code will expire at 11:30 AM on your departure day. Want to sleep later?
