What is Batch?

Batch is a platform to plan a trip and book experiences with your friends. If you’re here to just book fun stuff with your friends, then head here. If you want to plan a trip from start to finish, you should download our app here. The app is like having a party concierge in your pocket.  You use it to invite friends to a party, chat to figure out what you want to do, put an itinerary together, book experiences, and split up all the expenses when it's all said and done. We took the best of 5 different apps and put it in one place. To date, we’ve helped over 500,000 parties plan a trip. 

Why is it named Batch? 

We used to be called BACH; as in a platform for bachelorette parties to plan a trip and book experiences. Then we made a slight change by adding a ‘t’ in the middle. We didn’t want to stray too far from our current business, being the #1 platform for bachelorettes out there. And we wanted to have a name that spoke to putting all your plans in one place, and Batch made a lot of sense for that. 

Why would I book experiences through you guys? 

There are a few pretty simple reasons: 

  1. We don’t charge you anything extra to book with us. We make money by charging vendors to be on the platform. 
  2. We’re a  curated marketplace; we’re not just uploading random stuff here. We don’t just guess on what’s cool; we look at party itinerary data to find the cool stuff, then we onboard those experiences to our platform. 
  3. It used to be hard to book this stuff, full of phone calls to request reservations. We make it easy to book in a few simple clicks. 
  4. We are as flexible as we can possibly be with cancellation policies.


When will I be charged for my booking?

When you place an order through the app, a hold for the amount will be automatically placed on your credit card. Once the experience partner has confirmed your reservation, the hold will turn into a charge and you'll be all set!

Is my credit card information secure?

You bet. We're PCI compliant, which means that we've been certified for maintaining a secure environment.

Do you accept cancellations/exchanges?

Absolutely. Over 50% of our experience partners have a flexible cancellation policy. As you browse experience listings, just scroll down to check out the policy for each experience. .

I’m having difficulty booking / I’m seeing a credit card error / I’m having a technical problem. What do I do?

On the website, click book experiences and you’ll see a live chat bubble on the bottom right. If you have the app, you should see the bubble pop up. Our response times are usually within a few minutes, even on the weekends!

When can I expect my refund?

All refunds depend on the user’s specific bank but typically arrive in 5 to 7 business days.

If there’s an issue with my reservation upon arrival, who do I contact?

Please contact the experience partner ASAP. Also, chat with us so we can step in on your behalf.

Account Information

How can I update my personal info? 

You can edit your name and your “About You” section by tapping “Your Profile” in Settings. You can change your credit card information easily the next time you're making a booking by adding a new credit card. To change your email address, you'll need to reach out to us at as you’re currently unable to do so directly in the app.

How do I turn on notifications for Batch?

Go into the settings on your phone and press notifications. Scroll down to "Batch" and turn ON! You can also double check on your profile within the Batch app that notifications are toggled on.


Is there insurance on my reservation? 

Any insurance policy is directly through the service provider. Contact the vendor to see if your reservation is insured.

How can I add/remove people to my reservation/booking?

Your party guests can buy their own additional ticket by clicking on the "Buy My Ticket" link on the itinerary event. If you'd like to do it for them, please go to the itinerary event in the app and click "change". Our member experience team will reach out to you to process the request from there!

How will I get my confirmation/receipt?

You will be emailed your receipt and confirmation.

How will the weather impact my reservation?

Details regarding weather and cancellations are case-by-case and vendor specific.

I’m running late. Can I change my pickup/booking time?

Please contact the experience partner your reservation is with. They will be able to assist you based on your specific reservation.

Why haven't I received a confirmation email for my reservation?

Please contact customer support at if you haven’t received a confirmation email.
