The Six Zero One: 4BR + 1BR Guest House + Entertainment Pavilion (Sleeps 10)

Enter through the front of the home using a personalized code you will receive on the day of arrival. You are immediately met with the feeling of home! Due to the home being older, the spaces are all on different levels and require a lot of climbing stairs to move about. If stairs are a problem, this property may not be the best option for you, but please reach out as we may have something else that can work for you!

The lower level of the home, where guests will enter, features the kitchen, dining room, and a small seating area. The half bath and small office are located right off the main floor but do require a few stairs to access.

The second level features the main living room area, 2 bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom. The second level is also where guests will have access to the back deck and entertainment area. The third floor offers an additional smaller living room + kitchenette area (pictured) + 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.

NEW GUEST HOUSE!


In addition to the main house, this property now features a charming guest house above the detached garage. Access the guest house to the right of the main house’s front entrance. Perfect for added privacy or accommodating extra guests, the guest house includes:

A cozy living area, kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, Queen-size bedroom, and a full bathroom with shower.

While the guest house doesn’t include a full kitchen or laundry area, the main house is fully equipped for all your cooking and laundry needs.

LIVING ROOM

There are a couple of living spaces, and the main living room is on the second floor. This room offers a peaceful atmosphere with natural lighting and plenty of seating! One large sectional and two comfy chairs, along with a Smart TV to stream your favorite show or game! This space opens up to the fully stocked kitchen and outdoor deck area.

BEDROOMS

This home offers four comfortable bedrooms, two of which have queen beds, and two of which have king beds. Each bedroom offers bedside tables with charging stations, lamps, overhead lighting, and a chest of drawers or closets! The master bedroom features a full en-suite bathroom including a shower/tub combo and a double vanity.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen and dining area are on the lower level, right as you enter the home. This gorgeous kitchen has been completely remodeled and features all-new stainless steel appliances. All cookware, dinnerware, and drinkware are provided! You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a drip coffee maker, French press, and pour over, along with coffee grounds, sugar, and creamer included. There is a dining room right off the kitchen that has a beautiful table!

BATHROOMS

There are two and a half bathrooms in this home with plenty of space to rejuvenate. The master bathroom features a shower/ tub combo with a double vanity! The guest bathrooms have a shower/tub combo. All full bathrooms offer luxury Tommy Bahama bath products, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, dark make-up towels are provided for convenience.

EXTRAS

Outdoor space:

Walking into the backyard, you are greeted with an entertainment pavilion! This features two large outdoor couches, a high-top bar table, one large TV, and a surround sound system. PERFECT for watching the CHIEFS!! Unwind, hang out, and enjoy the peacefulness of this property!
