You'll compare different aging styles — blanco, reposado, añejo, extra añejo — learn how different barrels shape the flavor, and discover mezcals made from wild and cultivated agaves from all over Mexico.

La Cocina de Doña Caro is a hands-on culinary experience where you'll learn to prepare traditional Mexican recipes passed down through generations — inspired by the warmth and flavors of a real Mexican home kitchen. Over 2.5 to 3 hours, your group will make homemade roasted tomato salsa from scratch, prepare fresh guacamole, shape and cook handmade corn tortillas, choose a protein and build your own tacos, and finish with warm cinnamon-sugar churros.

Everything starts with a traditional welcome cocktail — La Cazuela, a classic tequila drink from Jalisco made with tequila, citrus juices, and grapefruit soda that sets the tone for the whole experience.
