What it actually is

purelyIV is a mobile IV hydration service covering Metro Detroit. Instead of driving to a wellness clinic, you book a time and a nurse comes to you — with all the equipment, all the licensing, and a nurse practitioner overseeing care throughout. It started as a side project from a Michigan-based nurse practitioner and has grown into a team of about 10 nurses working across the metro area.

How a group session works

Everyone doesn't have to get the same drip. purelyIV runs through formulas with each guest and matches them based on preference and clinical eligibility — so the group can be mixed: some people on a hangover-focused blend, someone else optimizing for skin, someone else just there for the hydration. The nurse stays on-site for the full appointment.
