The Space

The center is located in Joelton, Tennessee — close enough to Nashville to make sense as a destination, far enough to actually feel removed from the noise. The building dates to 1920 and has been beautifully restored: light-filled, modern in its updates while carrying the warmth and character of a century-old space. Outside, nearly an acre of land gives the group room to breathe.

The center sleeps up to 9 guests in separate beds, or up to 13 if some guests share. Meals are ordered for the group. Supplies are handled. The only thing guests need to bring is themselves, their people, and whatever they want to drink.

That frictionlessness is intentional — The Verdant Center handles the logistics so the group can be fully present from the moment they arrive.

What the Experience Actually Looks Like

The Verdant Center offers retreats in multiple formats — a mini retreat for groups who want a few intentional hours, a day retreat, an overnight, or a full two-night weekend for groups ready to go all in. Yoga is led by an instructor; every other activity is designed for the group to experience together on their own terms, at their own pace.
