What you'll do:

Kick off your 30A weekend with the ultimate girls’ group workout! Whether it’s a bachelorette bash or a besties beach trip, FIT30A brings a high-energy, all-inclusive class straight to your crew—think upbeat music, sweat sessions in paradise, and serious squad vibes.

Whether you prefer morning movement or a sunset sweat, we come to your Airbnb or meet on the beach with all equipment provided, from mats to light weights and jams. We'll lead a 45–60 min custom class, and make it a core memory you'll never forget.

Want to level it up? Add post-class champagne toasts and FIT30A booty band gifts for the whole group.

FIT30A’s private events are the ultimate way to move, laugh, and bond with your crew on 30A. Think private group workouts with beach views, energizing music, and a whole lot of fun. Most sessions are led by FIT30A founder, Aly Gray. She’s your go-to for high-energy fitness fun without making it intimidating.

If your crew’s craving something like Yoga, Pilates, or Beach Bootcamp, she hands the mic to her team of trusted 30A instructors who keep the energy high and the vibes on point. Every session is built around your group, your energy, and your location of choice.

Beach? Backyard? Somewhere bougie? You call it. You bring the people, we’ll bring the playlist, the sweat, and the champagne toast.

Additional information:

• Not sure of your exact headcount but want to lock in a booking? Not to worry - your plans will change countless times before your trip, so all we need to hold your event date and time is a $100 non-refundable deposit (this fee will be applied towards the total booking due day of your event.)

• We're here to party, but your safety is our top priority! All participants will sign an electronic waiver prior to class.

• This is a crowd-favorite experience - 10/10 for Bachelorette Parties on 30A, so we recommend booking events 3-6 months in advance!
