What you'll do:

According to the law of physics, everything in the universe vibrates with frequency. Human beings have their own frequencies too, also known as resonances.
Every organ, every bone, and every cell in the body has its own vibration, its own frequency. When one area in the body is out of tune, it will affect the entire body.

By using rhythm and frequency, a sound bath can be a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that invites gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture the mind and body back to its most powerful state.

We start with a guided meditation, specific music, and frequencies, and then I'll expertly play my magical instruments, including quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, shakers, and more to take you on a unique journey toward reconnecting with your inner self and the awakening of consciousness.

About this experience partner:

I struggled a lot in the past with limiting beliefs, to see my magic and find my life purpose, and so I developed a deep interest in the healing arts.
Sound has been one of my greatest teachers. It's a tool that aids in meditation and deep relaxation, both physically and energetically, yet revitalizes, and moves stagnant energy. After making great strides in healing myself, it became my mission to help and empower other women to awaken to the truth of who they are, and unleash their full potential and worth, through energy and sound.
