Sweat, Plunge & Celebrate: The Ultimate Asheville Wellness Experience

We booked two saunas and cold plunges for a family fun afternoon. It was the first time doing a cold plunge for several people in our group. The hosts were amazing and made the experience even better. We had a blast and will definitely be going back. We felt so good and like we had conquered something when we left.

Everything about this place is amazing. The atmosphere, the staff, the facilities all create a peaceful and restorative place to exist. Places like this are what make living in Asheville so special, and I'm thankful to Daniel, Evan and Carter for creating and maintaining such a gem.

Friendly staff, wonderful ambiance, and a truly 5 star sensory experience. Nothing like being in the great outdoors to experience the air, fire, water, and earth all around you!

You must go to a session at Drip. The Saturday group yoga followed by bake and plunge is great. I went last night, when it was raining, and it was totally magical. Sitting in the cool water, while being sprinkled on, looking out over the French Broad river and surrounding dark forest dotted with lights was a memory I won't soon forget.

Amazing experience, and incredible location. The owner is so friendly, and the experience is unparalleled in Asheville. I felt refreshed and relaxed after the sauna and cold plunge. The tent with hammock and blanket were awesome to hang in, too. I’ll be back this summer, but also will be very nice in winter with the fire pit. Run, don’t walk to Drip! (then relax 😂)

DRIP sauna was an amazing experience that I will definitely be visiting again whenever I come to Asheville,NC. I was able to visit their new location at 123 Flow State and it could not be more perfect being on the side of a mountain overlooking nature and being utterly serene. The sauna and cold plunge set up was immaculate and everything I wished it could be. Evan was super nice, professional, and attentive! I was able to have a great conversation with him to get to know more about the process and he let us know if we needed anything to not hesitate to ask. I truly believe being out in nature and experiencing the cycle of sauna to cold plunge allowed me an experience that just can't be replicated indoors. You won't regret visiting this place.

Are you looking for a way to enjoy both nature, the gorgeous mountains of WNC and treat yourself? You absolutely must try out Drip Sauna. The new location is breath taking. The community spaces are perfect, there are two glampers for changing and using the facilities, the little sauna's boast an epic view through the window while you enjoy the heat. It doesn't matter if it is a daytime visit, or an evening visit, your will not regret this experience. The owners are incredible and do an amazing job of setting up the sauna for your enjoyment. A date night, girls night, business team building, you name it, this place is where it is at.

This place is a dream come true. So many cozy and beautiful spaces to hang outside and the saunas are hot and glorious. The cold plunge is icy but there's a cold shower and cool plunge if the ice cold is too intense. Plus everyone who works there is incredible. I wish I could be there everyday 🥰

Drip is incredible! The sauna and cold plunge experience is so energizing and they provide the perfect environment to enjoy it. The wood fired sauna even has essential oils. 10/10 recommend!
