Petals & Pics: Where Luxe Meets Playful! We capture moments with our modern open-air concept photo booth set up against a backdrop of your choosing. Your memories and events are elevated with luxe backdrops! We also offer organic balloon artistry. Our in-house woodshop can also provide you and your guests with custom gifts, signage, and more!

At Petals & Pics, we specialize in creating unforgettable event experiences with our modern open-air photo booth, custom organic balloon garlands, and luxe backdrops. Our focus is on blending playful charm with sophisticated style, making every celebration- from weddings to corporate events- vibrant, interactive, and picture-perfect.

Our in-house woodshop is dedicated to crafting high-quality, custom wood pieces that combine functionality with timeless design. Our work varies from custom keepsake signage for backdrops and photo ops to custom party favors/gifts, bringing warmth and character to any space or occasion.

Additional information:

• At least 2 weeks minimum is requested in advance to book the event.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book the event date.
• Deposits are only transferable if a transfer date is available.
• Balloon clients: Balloons are, essentially, temporary items. Although Petals and Pics Photo Booth uses high-quality
  balloons, by nature, some balloons will occasionally deflate or pop sooner than expected and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, sunlight, and other uncontrollable factors. Once setup is complete, Petals and Pics Photo Booth is not responsible for changes to or damages to balloon decor and setup.
• Business insurance information for venues is available upon request
• By renting and using the Petals & Pics photo booth, the client agrees to take full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment, props, backdrops, and accessories caused by the misuse, negligence, or intentional actions of the client or their guests during the event.
• Petals & Pics is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur as a result of the improper use of the photo booth or related equipment. The client will be held financially responsible for the repair or replacement costs of any damaged or lost items.
• By proceeding with the rental, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms.
