If you have a favorite playlist, feel free to send it in, or simply let us know what kind of music you enjoy, and we’ll set the vibe. To make the experience even more memorable, we’ll set aside 5-10 minutes for pictures and videos, so you can capture all the fun moments. About this experience partner:

In 2012, two introverts walked into a local pole studio, unaware that being paired for a performance would spark a friendship and sisterhood that would shape VRV3’s future. As Anna and Mel fell in love with teaching Pole, they realized San Francisco lacked a space that truly reflected their vision of a welcoming and creative community. Determined to build it themselves, their dream began turning into a real plan during Melanie’s Bachelorette Party in Vegas. In 2016, they opened a small studio in North Beach, which quickly became a home where students became friends and even instructors, leading to the opening of their current Lower Haight location in 2019. Over the years, VRV3 has grown into more than just a studio—it’s a thriving, supportive community where friendships are formed, confidence is built, and movement is celebrated.
