About this experience partner:

Natalie began her yoga and wellness journey in 2019, earning her RYT® 200 Yoga Alliance certification at Still Water Yoga Lake Tahoe under Shannon Liebel.

After completing her yoga teacher training, Natalie joined TaijiFit Academy to become a Tai Chi instructor, working with Veterans through the Community Care Network.

Her meditation practice, a core aspect of her yoga path, led her to sound bath meditations, which she quickly fell in love with. In 2022, Natalie studied sound healing under Sharon Silverstein in Sedona, Arizona. Shortly after sound healing training, she opened her business Zen Vibes Tahoe.

Complementing her sound healing studies, Natalie also trained in Reiki to enhance her energetic guidance during sound baths. She is a certified Level II Reiki Practitioner, trained by Reiki Masters Erin Donnelly and Michelle Renee. This training enables her to help clients break through energetic blockages and balance their chakra systems.

Natalie is committed to ongoing education, having completed masterclasses in Kundalini, pranayama, crystal healing, chakra healing, Reiki, and sound healing. She remains devoted to deepening her practice and inspiring others to do the same.

If you want a beautiful, soothing, healing sound bath, you have come to the right place! Natalie is a gifted practitioner with gorgeous crystal bowls and a wide variety of other instruments. Time feels like it's standing still, as her music touches your very soul and sends you drifting into bliss. Not only will the sounds resonate in and with you, but Natalie has a kind and serene countenance that puts you at ease immediately. I highly recommend Zen Vibes Tahoe...the perfect name for a lovely experience!

Natalie’s private sound bath was the perfect start to our ladies wellness weekend in Tahoe. In my living room, she set up a cozy space for myself and 5 friends. She provided thoughtful juice and gifts, then played an hour of cleansing sounds. Natalie has lovely energy and plays her instruments thoughtfully and artfully. Visited North Lake Tahoe on girlfriends trip in July 2024. We arranged a sound bath with Natalie of Zen Vibes Tahoe. Communication was great prior to sound bath date, she even drove the hour all the way from South Tahoe. She had all the equipment and set up everything for us, all we had to do was show up with intention. Even though the temperature is great at the lake (I'm used to Southern humidity in the summer), I still recommend a sound bath indoors or with lots of tree shade. The weather was great but the dock of the Air BnB where we stayed didn't provide shade so our sound bath was combined with hot yoga ;) Natalie was a trooper and I recommend her services and would use again if ever in the area.
