About this experience partner:

Natalie began her yoga and wellness journey in 2019, earning her RYT® 200 Yoga Alliance certification at Still Water Yoga Lake Tahoe under Shannon Liebel.

After completing her yoga teacher training, Natalie joined TaijiFit Academy to become a Tai Chi instructor, working with Veterans through the Community Care Network.

Her meditation practice, a core aspect of her yoga path, led her to sound bath meditations, which she quickly fell in love with. In 2022, Natalie studied sound healing under Sharon Silverstein in Sedona, Arizona. Shortly after sound healing training, she opened her business Zen Vibes Tahoe.

Complementing her sound healing studies, Natalie also trained in Reiki to enhance her energetic guidance during sound baths. She is a certified Level II Reiki Practitioner, trained by Reiki Masters Erin Donnelly and Michelle Renee. This training enables her to help clients break through energetic blockages and balance their chakra systems.

Natalie is committed to ongoing education, having completed masterclasses in Kundalini, pranayama, crystal healing, chakra healing, Reiki, and sound healing. She remains devoted to deepening her practice and inspiring others to do the same.
