Design Your Own Upcycled Fanny Pack (BYOB)

What you'll do:

Welcome to our "Design your own Upcycled Fanny Pack" experience, where sustainability meets style in an immersive experience.

Participants handpick materials from our fabric selection, crafting their unique fanny pack design from vibrant prints to soft textures. Guests will also choose accessories, straps, zippers, etc. For a personal touch, guests can incorporate their own fabric pieces or patches, adding sentimentality to their upcycled masterpiece.

Following the workshop, we will sew the fanny packs, ensuring every detail is perfect. Within 14 days, participants receive their custom-designed fanny packs, crafted with love and dedication, maintaining our commitment to quality craftsmanship and sustainability.

About this experience partner:

2nd Class Fanny started out as a joke—a funny little accident, really. I went on a river rafting trip with some friends, and three of the tubes popped almost immediately. I kept the blown-out tubes and later made fanny packs for everyone as a chaotic memento of the day. As the owner of a sustainable home goods store, I decided to keep the upcycling momentum going. Now, we take what might otherwise be trash and turn it into treasures—everything from fanny packs to jackets and coats.

• Our workshop is hosted at Lite Foot Company, but we’re happy to bring the experience to your location if preferred.
• Bring your own textiles: Feel free to bring any fabric, patches, or sentimental pieces from home to incorporate into your fanny pack design.
• All materials and tools are provided, but personal touches are welcome!
• No sewing experience needed: We'll handle that!
