Can two people tuft on one frame?

For everyone's safety and comfort, each frame is limited to one person only.

How long are the workshops?

Depending on the class type, our mini tufting class lasts 2.5 hours, while the standard class runs for 4 hours. We kindly ask all guests to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled time so we can begin promptly and ensure everyone has enough time to complete their design.

How do I choose a design?

Once you book a tufting class, you’ll receive an email with helpful tips on how to choose your design. The best designs are simple, with clear outlines and solid colors. You’ll also have access to our design gallery, which you can use for inspiration or select a design directly from. If you’re searching for your own image, try using keywords like “outline,” “coloring page,” or “sticker” along with your topic. For example: cartoon coloring pages, anime stickers, or video game outline. For our mini workshop, a great option to search for is keyboard-style rugs—they’re the perfect size for the 15x24 frame. Try using search terms like anime keyboard tufted rug, cartoon keyboard rug, or cute keyboard tufted design to find inspiration that fits the format and time frame.

When do I select my design?

You can send your design to design@tuftspot.com anytime before your class. We’ll review and pre-trace your design onto the canvas before you arrive, so you can jump right into tufting!

Can I bring my own food? Do you offer drinks?

We offer complimentary bottled water. You're welcome to bring small bites or snacks to enjoy during the workshop!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

All sales are final, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled. If you are unable to make it and would like to send someone in your place, email info@tuftspot.com

Grateful for such a fun and creative day at The Tuft Spot! A friend and I went today and had an absolute blast making our own custom rugs. 🎨🧶 Brittany was the sweetest—so patient, encouraging, and made the entire experience fantastic from start to finish. I took my daughter for her 16th birthday and her friend. I was nervous at first as it was my first time but Brittany immediately made me feel at ease from the moment I booked our reservation. She was so personable and knowledgeable. She let me know that because we were doing small rugs for our first time, that for them to turn out the best we needed to choose something different. Everyone's rug turned out great and we all had such a great time. They helped everyone to make sure their projects turned out well. One of the best parts was they played music and I didnt have to worry about the language having kids there.
