About this experience partner:

Chef Baba (Chef Andrew N. Bennardo) is an award-winning chef with dual degrees from the (CIA) Culinary Institute of America and (FIU) Florida International University's School of Hospitality and Management.

He trained at the best hotels and restaurants in Europe (including Italy) and in South Florida. His training launched local restaurants, Bennardo’s Ristorante, Delray Beach; Giancarlo Brick Oven, Delray Beach; and Talia’s Tuscan Table, Boca Raton.

Chef's current mission is to share his experiences, inform and entertain you, with student prepared, fresh, tasty cuisine in a fun filled cooking class for everyone at all levels. Chef Baba brings unparalleled expertise to every lesson.

Whether you’re handcrafting gnocchi, kneading silky pasta dough, perfecting a creamy risotto, or assembling a delicate tiramisu, each hands-on session offers an authentic dive into Italian culinary traditions. Classes: Saturdays at 2 pm for Welcome to Traditional Italian Cooking and 6 pm for Traditional Italian Dinners at Lauderdale location, and every 2nd Friday at 6 pm at Delray/Boca Location
Menu: There are multiple menus to choose from, each offered on a different Saturday evening at 6 pm
