This stained glass workshop lets you create a one-of-a-kind piece using centuries-old techniques, including the Tiffany method. It’s perfect for beginners, though experienced crafters will also enjoy the creative freedom to design their own artwork. Guides will teach you the fundamentals of stained glass design, from shaping glass to soldering your creation together. You’ll leave with a beautiful, custom-made stained glass piece, designed and built by you. Templates and design inspiration are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own ideas to bring to life with expert guidance.

About this experience partner:

Since our opening in 2015, our workshops at Craftsman Ave have focused on teaching the skills needed to make some pretty cool masterpieces. We offer classes on knife making, woodworking, welding, leather-working, and stained glass. Workshops are approximately 4 hours long, and are taught by experienced makers that live and thrive in Brooklyn. We limit the number of guests to ensure everyone gets personalized attention from our instructors. Each class is designed for beginners or experienced artisans alike, no prior experience is necessary.

Our workshops are designed for guests to learn all the skills involved to make something they can be proud of, all within the scheduled time.
Late arrivals disrupt this experience for everyone. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not be able to join. Your workshop guide will make the final decision regarding late arrivals.
