We'll guide you through beginner-friendly aerial stretches, introduce you to captivating skills, and teach you gravity-defying tricks that will have you and your crew floating on air. And the best part? There'll be ample time for photos, so you can capture those breathtaking moments forever!

Additional information:

  • Bring a water bottle, we have a refill station/water fountain in the studio.
  • We provide mats.
  • We recommend wearing snug-fitting athletic clothing (no shorts) and your bare feet or grip socks.
  • Please remove any jewelry that may snag the silks.
  • 15 person max.
  • Due to safety concerns: any BYOB alcohol must be consumed after class (if purchasing the 90 minute option). Participants must be sober in order to participate in class.
