Heated Yoga Flow

This is a challenging, fluid, hot yoga practice. The postures are linked with the breath in downward-upward dog flow sequences. Flowing through various asanas that benefit strength, mobility, and body-breath awareness. This class is heated to a maximum of 90 degrees with no extra humidity. All levels welcome!

Barre Babes

CA Barre is an energizing low-impact workout that has proven to create long, lean, powerful muscles. Each class will consist of warm-up and a sequence of upper-body exercises, which include free weights, push-ups, planks, and other moves. Next, you'll use the ballet barre, props, and your own body weight for resistance to focus on the lower body muscles. CA Barre will have you shaking and sculpting for the entire 60-minute class.

Physique (HIIT)

Physique is a strength-based yoga class. This class uses the foundation of yoga postures in combination with free weights to tone muscles and challenge you to create the physique you envision. Movement to breath is used throughout, building on the foundation of a CA flow class. Class is held in a heated room to maximize your experience and endurance. This class is heated to a maximum of 95 degrees with no extra humidity. All levels are welcome, don’t forget the sweat towel!

Flow to Yin

The perfect blend of movement, breath, and meditation. This class begins with 30 minutes of fluid, challenging vinyasa yoga, connecting breath to movement, and pushing the body through a series of downward-facing dog sequences. We slow things down for the second half of class, bringing postures down to the mat, holding for extended periods of time, and focusing more on meditative breathwork and releasing tension. This is the ideal class for the yogi looking for movement, challenge, stillness, and stress release.

Candelight Yin

Yin is a practice of stillness - emphasizing awareness of connective tissues. This practice will focus on both mental and physical components of the body, focusing on longer holds in poses that target the major joints and muscles to increase flexibility. This is an extremely low-impact class, with no breath to movement, and a meditative focus. No extra heat is added to this class. All levels welcome
