Chocoholics Need Not Deny: Triple the Chocolate and Beyond Tasting Workshop (BYOB)

What you'll do:

Chocolatiers love to eat chocolate too, but their fondness goes beyond that. Chocolate is a medium, and you will learn what it takes and gives it the ability to (literally) stand above the other confections. Hands-on experience from the start, let the chef be your guide. Artisanal chocolates are crafted and filled alongside textured chocolate confections that can be made again and again.

Chef Lisa has always been in love with food and as a result, she turned that passion into an award-winning, female-owned company in Boston. She has been in business for 10 years working as a private chef/nutritionist and has over 30+ years in the culinary field. This includes working with a chocolatier in France to running resorts as an Executive Pastry Chef. Currently, she caters to clients who have diet-related illnesses, alternative dietary lifestyles and teaches a wide range of culinary classes, in-person and online.

Additional information:

• The chef will bring all the ingredients and tools necessary except decorations, plates and flatware (can be accommodated upon request with an additional charge).
• BYOB - The chef can serve alcohol, but is not licensed to purchase it. Client supplies their own glasses.
• All guests must be 21 years old for chef to serve.
• Please have the kitchen cleaned and space in the refrigerator prior to the chef's arrival.
• Classes can be modified for allergies and aversions. Please inform the chef of allergies when making the reservation.
• Minimum of 4 ppl and maximum of 12 ppl.
• 25% gratuity included in the cost.
