Get ready to sweat, tone, and have a customized workout experience you won't forget! Let us host the mobile sculpt workout of your dreams at your desired location! We bring all the equipment needed and work with you to curate your perfect fitness experience that you won't forget! The perfect way to celebrate a bachelorette, girls' weekend, or birthday.

Choose from one of our 3 mat-based class formats:

• Traditional Sculpt and Strength: A mat-based workout that uses bodyweight, resistance bands, and yoga blocks with a focus on engaging your core and building strength through high repetition movements

• HIIT Sculpt and Strength: An upbeat mat-based workout utilizing bodyweight, resistance band, and yoga blocks (this workout has cardio pushes incorporated in addition to the strengthening for the ultimate burn)

• Low and Slow Sculpt and Stretch: A slower-paced mat-based workout that focuses on muscle activation and mind-muscle connection with a stretching component (perfect for rejuvenation and recovery)

What to expect:

After booking your desired workout, we send you our customization form to further customize the workout with any song requests and other details we may need to know! You will then be all set and able to sit back and relax while we take care of the rest! Should you need to add more guests to your party just reach out and let us know, and we will update the booking! Our experienced instructor will lead you through the perfect workout to meet the needs of everyone in the group, perfect for all levels!
