Additional information:

Please wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring sunscreen and a hat for sun protection if the session is outdoors.
We’ll provide yoga mats and water, but feel free to bring your own water bottle if you'd like.
We also provide an intention card to help set your focus for after the session.
If you’re walking to the spot, bring sandals or flip-flops for easy removal during the class.
Feel free to let us know in advance if you have music or theme requests, and try to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in.
20% gratuity is included in the final price. Additional tipping is not required, but if you’d like to show appreciation, tips can be given via Venmo on-site.
