  • Must allow at least 3 hours for set up of picnic and condo decor.
  • Client must be 21+ and show proof of ID for any alcohol or champagne. If NOT over 21+ sparkling cider will be provided.
  • Client must obtain permission from property owner/management for Tides and Tassels to provide decorative services on private property.
  • If early access is allowed, please request that for us as early as possible.
  • Special Event Permit included in service fees
