• This experience is subject to weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, we'll work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund
• Please let us know your preferred date and time when booking
• There is access to pit toilets within close proximity to the trailhead and proper facilities at the Pioneer Saloon, for those needing to use the restroom
• Safety is our priority, please reference our guides that will be emailed to you after confirmation of the reservation. They will provide instructions and ensure everyone's well-being throughout the experience
• Deposits will be refundable on all equipment's safe return
• Waivers for all participants will be signed before the beginning of the adventure
• Cleaning fees will be implemented if the gear and vehicle are not returned as issued
• Guests must replace the fuel used before returning vehicle or face additional fees
