What you'll do:

Get ready for a truly magical soul-nourishing experience out of the Matrix and into the heart of Sedona's iconic red rocks. This 3–3.5 hour Forest Service permitted adventure begins with a scenic mild to moderate 2 mile round trip hike. When we arrive at our majestic location everyone’s hands usually turn into bridal flowers. So we start tickling the dragon who leads us to more gracefully flow with the yoga practice; causing the red rocks to glow, and the inner peaceful warrior to raise our glasses in cheer

The yoga portion allows for both beginners, advanced and tiger cubs to feel like they fit in just right

During the whimsical yet meaningful experience you'll take in breathtaking (and fire-breathing) views, pause for a short meditation (enhanced with optional crystals or essential oils. *Must be requested prior to experience), and enjoy a surprise Walking Chocolate Meditation to delight the bride and group. Expect laughter, intention-setting, and grounding energy—plus plenty of photo ops and space to soak in the super-natural beauty of Sedona.
