Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to create your own fresh sushi rolls like a pro? You are in for a special treat! In this highly interactive and hands-on class, our Chef will let you in on tips and tricks for making delicious sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice, cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling.

Our events consist of hands-on cooking, baking or tasting classes led by professional chefs, mixologists, and sommeliers at a unique venue, like a dining room of a restaurant or hotel, an event space, a commercial kitchen, or a brewery.

  • You are welcome to BYOB of favorite beer, wine, or Sake!
  • Please make sure to read through all dietary information.
  • Your Chef will meet you at the building entrance to allow access at class time-please do not enter the building before the Chef allows access.
  • Please note that late arrivals will not be admitted and the door will close 5 minutes after the class start time. Please contact customer service to assist with your booking if you arrive late at hello@cocusocial.com Street Parking is free after 5:30 pm.
  • The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.
  • To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 to be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+

Chef Cregg was great! I learned so much in this one class, definitely want to come back to take other classes. Outside of learning the multiple aspects of sushi making and taking home so much left overs, I loved that the chef shared links to get everything you need to make everything, at very affordable prices.

Chef Cregg was very knowledgeable, patient and funny. We all had a chance to talk to him and get personalized instructions. He answered all our questions and gave us many tips. I had great time, very good value class. If there is an advance sushi class with him, or another type of cooking cuisine, I will definitely take it.

Had a wonderful experience! I came in not knowing anything about making sushi, so it was exciting to learn and try making my own sushi rolls! Chef Cregg was amazing and made the class fun and engaging! You can tell he’s very passionate in cooking and teaching as well as knowledgeable in what it takes to make delicious sushi! Highly recommend taking this course. I will come back to take another class in the future!

I didn’t know what to expect but what I got was great. Chef had the vibes going with the music when walking in! He made sure we washed our hands before stepping into his studio. I enjoyed the Sushi class. Chef made sure we were well educated in the ingredients and tools. He broke everything down to be understood with no questions. I will be back for his other cooking classes!

Super great experience. Cregg was not only an amazing instructor but also an amazing teacher. He didn’t just show us how to make the sushi, he taught us the science behind it and did a great job at explaining what to buy and how to make it the best. Over all amazing experience I would recommend this for anyone wanting to have an amazing experience.
