Our all-inclusive service features complete setup and breakdown at your chosen location, along with a two-hour reservation that can be extended if you wish. Delight in a beautifully curated tablescape, complete with a stylishly arranged table, plush rug, cozy cushions, fine dining essentials (plates, silverware, napkins, cups), and sophisticated décor. To keep your drinks cool, we provide a cooler with complimentary water. A customizable letter board adds a personal element, making your event truly memorable.

Set the ideal mood with our selection of party games and a Bluetooth speaker. For an even more opulent experience, consider our range of premium add-ons, such as a canopy for shade or a teepee for an extra touch of elegance.

Tour Information: Your wine tour will include three wineries. If you need help finding the perfect locations tailored to your group's preferences, don’t hesitate to contact your tour host, JD, from Wine-Heimer Tours LLC, or THE BACH PLANNER. We are here to assist with your travel plans.
The first stop is The Edge Resort, where you can enjoy a scenic picnic. Your group will have a total of two hours at the winery: one hour will be dedicated to the picnic experience, while the remaining hour allows you to explore the winery's ambiance.
Please note that food is not included, but a menu will be provided. The Bach Planner can assist with pre-ordering your meals, which will be billed separately from your checkout at Let’s Batch. After the two-hour visit, you will move on to the next two wineries chosen by your team.
Party bus will include Snacks and Refreshments: Enjoy light snacks during your transportation, with chilled water included on us. Additionally, the tour bus allows you to bring your own beverages if you wish to BYOB!
