Calming Spot is a unique in-person soundbath meditation class experience. Our unique brand has made waves in LA and beyond, bringing the benefits of meditation to the mainstream. Our mission is to raise the vibration of the community and prioritize wellness and mental health. At Calming Spot, you'll be transported to a different dimension, with all your senses touched, your mind refreshed and soul uplifted.

Our candlelight meditation soundbath is just the beginning - we offer a range of classes and workshops in safe and beautiful environments, led by experienced teachers with their own unique practices and personalities.

About this experience partner:

Sara and TR, co-founders of Calming Spot in Santa Monica, bring a shared passion for meditation, sound healing, and empowering others on their journeys to inner peace and personal transformation.

Sara, born in Frankfurt to an Italian father and Moroccan mother, grew up trilingual and immersed in diverse cultures, which she considers her greatest blessing. With a background in business psychology, international studies, and creative pursuits like acting and writing, Sara blends her expertise with a focus on self-gratitude and intention-setting as foundations for happiness and growth.

TR discovered the transformative power of meditation and visualization early in life and is dedicated to sharing those benefits with others. With a gentle and healing energy, he guides individuals toward positivity and profound inner peace, believing in the potential for transformative change in everyone.

Together at Calming Spot, Sara and TR create a nurturing space for self-discovery, tranquility, and empowerment, inviting students to embark on a journey of healing and holistic well-being.

Additional information:

• The sound bath meditations are 1 hour long and include a card pull and intention setting.
• If you would like to bring refreshments or drinks, there is a $250 cleaning fee.
• If you require extra time in the studio, there is a $150 per hour fee.
• We allot 90 minutes for each group to be in the studio.
• Our candlelight studio holds 24 people.

• If your group has more than 25 people we charge an additional $35 per person.
