You are eligible for a 100% refund or the option to reschedule under our Weather Cancellation Policy if:
- There is an 80% or higher chance of rain on the day of your rental, and/or winds are forecasted to be 25 mph or higher on the day of your rental based on the average forecast during your rental period (determined using the Miami Beach location on the Google Weather app)
- In any other situation, both parties must agree on a fair resolution
Captain's fee is due at the dock (Captains are paid for the duration of the rental)
