Personal Chef for an Unforgettable At-Home Dining Experience

This was our very first in home chef experience, and Chef Tien did not disappoint! Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end as we were celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. The Italian menu was excellent, cooked to perfection (chicken was so juicy) and provided such a big portion, we were able to eat for leftovers days after. Can’t forget about the extra tasty dessert (definitely wanted seconds). Would highly recommend Chef Tien, love that he interacted with us, we had a 5 star experience, thank you so much!

Chef Tien was wonderful! He was so communicative ahead of time and went above and beyond to accommodate some of my group’s vegan dietary needs. He prepared a beautiful and delicious meal that we have not stopped talking about. We had scallops, his grilled favorites, and a lemon ricotta cake for dessert. For the vegan options he prepared a pomegranate salad, a cauliflower steak and a sorbet for dessert. He was so kind and professional and the kitchen was absolutely spotless afterwards. Could not recommend him enough!

If you have the opportunity to book Tien, do it. The most humble caring person your family could have the chance to meet. Goes above and beyond to make a memorable experience. The food was some of the best food I’ve ever had.

We had a great dinner with Chef Tien. The food was terrific, but it was the treat of having it made for you in your home that made it a special experience. Chief Tien was great - well-prepared, personable, and fit in well with our gathering. He was very appropriate in when he related stories or descriptions of the menu, and when he blended quietly into the background. And last but not least, he did a great job of cleaning up - everything was spotless and back in its original place.

Tien & his team did a wonderful job cooking dinner for our large group of 24. His appetizers (bruschetta, sliders & lamb lollipops) were definitely a highlight to the evening. Our friends were shocked to find that there were more delicious foods being served for the dinner portion. All of the food was cooked to perfection with leftovers for us to eat the next day (The salsa was also hella bomb! And we were happy to have extra!). His staff were super friendly and we would definitely love to work with them again!

Chef Tien delivers a culinary symphony with perfectly timed dishes. The salad's blend of caramelized nuts, assorted greens and a touch of citrus dances on the palate, while the flawlessly cooked salmon is a highlight. The blueberry bread pudding seals the deal as a heavenly finale. Top-notch presentation completes the gastronomic experience.

Chef Tien and his cooking are truly phenomenal. We arrived from another event to our lunch prepared and it did not disappoint. We went with the Grill Favorites from his menu which I highly recommend!! The food was excellent - we could not stop talking about the chicken and there was more than enough food to the point where we had leftovers for the next day. The dessert at the end was the perfect way to end the meal as well. Chef Tien was super kind and left the kitchen spotless. He goes above and beyond and I would definitely hire him again next time in in the area!!

This was my first experience with a private chef. This exceeded my expectations and the food was the best food I have had in a while. Tien makes everything fresh in the kitchen and you can tell the kitchen is his passion and it really shows! I had the “From the Coast” meal and everything from the salad, main meal to the dessert was out of this world delicious! My fiancé has had other experience with a private chef and she loved this meal and especially the dessert. I look forward to my next trip to Joshua tree and the next meal with Tien.

Chef Tran is a master of his craft! The Italian menu was wonderful, and I wish I could have tried them all! He is a wonderful chef but also a bright light that fills any kitchen with joy. If you don’t book him, YOUR LOSS!

What a wonderful experience! Chef Tien was a pleasure to have for our special birthday dinner. Friendly, funny and fully prepared. His efficient and seemingly effortless service allowed us to relax and enjoy the evening. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves great food and great people.

Chef Tien prepared a delicious lunch with all fresh ingredients. He grilled the vegetables, marinated the meat ahead of time and provided a variety of tasty salsas, toppings and garnishes. The presentation was beautiful, all the sides were seasoned and cooked to perfection. We were welcome to ask questions and watch him do his magic. The afternoon sped by and we were sorry to see him go.

Chef Tien cooked us an amazing outdoor meal for our Temecula girls weekend! He was easy to communicate with, arrived on time, cooked, and cleaned up—a true professional! The food was fantastic. His west coast tri-tip was delicious and I will dream about that bananas foster bread pudding for a long time! Thanks Chef Tien!

Chef Tien made our celebration night so special! He worked with me beforehand to customize a menu that my partner would love, and arrived right on time to begin preparing our meal. My partner and I played chess in the room next to the kitchen while we were waiting, and Chef Tien would occasionally pop in and we’d have great conversation. Such a nice guy! Once the prep was done, we sat down to a set table (by Chef) and he brought out our courses one by one. The food was savory, fresh and delicious. I could not recommend Chef Tien enough, both as a great human and talented chef!

Tien did an incredible meal for my group of 10 friends and family to celebrate a birthday. He did an amazing taco bar spread and all of the options were absolutely amazing. Tien was also super flexible and responsive when working through the logistics and planning before the meal. We had some last minute changes but Tien was fantastic about rolling with it. Definitely recommend!
