What you'll do:

We are a collective of fine dining-trained chefs, culinary coordinators, wine experts, event designers, and servers. Our focus is customizing a culinary experience that fits each of our client's needs and their unique preferences. You'll have a culinary coordinator help you with the planning process, menu design, aesthetics, and overall experience. You'll be assigned a chef that best fits your group. The chef will have a server assisting them with setting the table, drink service, clearing plates, and clean-up. Our goal is for your group to have an experience you'll always remember.

Additional information:

• 25% Operational Fee Added on to total cost of services *this is not a gratuity, this goes towards coordination time, chef sourcing ingredients, transportation expenses, travel time*
• Gratuity is optional (we want our guests to offer staff gratuity if they feel inclined to, they are not obligated to.
• Servers are only contracted to pour wine, beer, and soft drinks they are not authorized to make mixed drinks (a bartending service is required for cocktail service)
• Staff arrives 1.5-2 hours prior to start time to unload and set up. Total service from start time finish is typically 3-4 hours. There are overtime fees if client delays start time or drags out service beyond the contracted end time.
• Clean-up related to our service is all included. This includes dishes, countertops, stove, spot sweeping, spot moping, clearing and wiping the dining table.
• Clean-up for outside vendors is not included (balloons, decor, etc)
• Kitchen on property must be clean upon arrival, sink should be cleared of glassware, plates and silverware should be put away to utilize, counters should be cleaned and clear. If kitchen is unusable upon arrival a cleaning fee may apply and start times may be delayed.
