Private Fresh Pasta Cooking Class

What you'll do:

We're going to be cooking for a little bit before we get to eat- so an antipasti grazing board with mocktails will be available for enjoyment while we cook. I will bring all of the ingredients to make our fresh semolina pasta, including a pasta machine with a variety of pasta cutters. The class will include demos of different pasta infusions, shapes, and cooking techniques. We will also prepare a San Marzano Pomodoro Sauce, as well as a Creamy Alfredo to pair with the pasta, and enjoy it all at the end.
