Additional information:

The minimum age to participate safely is 14. A parent waiver & consent form is required for ages 14-17.
We provide everything else you need for class, but please bring your own yoga mat.
Bring your own decorations to make it your own—just no glitter or confetti, please!
We have three bathrooms with changing space plus a boutique shower room stocked with everything you need.
Enjoy complimentary snacks, water, coffee & tea before or after class.
Plenty of convenient parking is available right out front for you & your crew.
