What you'll do:

Hi! I’m Allison, my friends & students call me Rallycat. I’m a local yoga teacher best known for my down-to-earth, unfiltered vibes - both in and out of the studio. I offer custom yoga classes to groups looking for a fun, no-fuss experience: whether you’re fighting for your life from the night before and need a hug and some aromatherapy, or bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and ready to sweat, come as you are - I got you.

Choose your vibe: full-melt mode with yummy stretching to release tension and restore your energy for another night on the town, or vinyasa flow to a banger playlist guaranteed to make you sweat out your sins. Somewhere in the middle? (most are!). I got you. Let’s customize it together.

I’ll come to your crib or recommend a beachy/bayside/park location for us to meet. My goal is to make this experience as easygoing and effortless as possible for you!

• No extra admin (mats, cold lavender towels, essential oils, speaker provided. Just bring yourself!)
• Come as you are (leave the empty seltzer cans in sight, drag Katie out of bed in her jammies --we all have a Katie-- this is a safe space)

About this experience partner:

After practicing yoga on and off for 15+ years, in 2021 my love of world travel brought me to a retreat in Mexico where I discovered a method of yoga that profoundly changed my life for the better, and propelled me into teaching. I’m so excited to share this practice with you!

My ethos as a teacher is “find your wild”: that is, to find and embrace your most free, unapologetic self.

Whether I’m being the “yes friend” on a bachelorette weekend with my friends, (always for the plot) or guiding deep, purposeful vinyasa in the studio, I’m passionate about living life to the fullest in the present moment and inspiring meaningful connections and memories for those around me.

You’ll love working with me if you want the perfect balance of lighthearted yet sentimental/meaningful. General debauchery, giggles, and silliness are encouraged - but whether your group wants to get a sweat in, or relax and restore, my intention is to help you feel, be present, and connect with yourself and one another. Most of all - to have FUN!

As a seasoned veteran of bachelorette/girls trips, I know how sacred and special they can be. I’d be honored to contribute to your weekend!

• These weekends are expensive enough. What you see is what you pay - I’ve built my fees so gratuity is truly not expected or necessary
