    This includes a your first drink, a Welcome Cocktail (it’s molecular & exciting and like nothing you’ve had before), then we will walk you through 4 classic & updated cocktails (which you will be able to sample).

    Each participant will have their own bar tools and you will get to make 2 full cocktails (which you will be able to drink – and maybe compare to see who has done the best!). Q & A is encouraged throughout.

    You will learn how to use all of the basic bar tools. How to shake like a pro, muddle & mix. The importance of presentation & garnishing. And Tips & Tricks for entertaining.

    You will learn the art of mixology, how to make your own custom cocktail, and “Wow” your friends with your new skills.

    The class utilizes a “Chopped” TV show style facilitating learning new skills & friendly competition.
    There is a welcome cocktail and introductory session.

    We then teach a classic cocktail style and 2 different cocktails, with demonstrations & samples for each guest. We also teach bar tool use, and what you need in a cocktail kit. Guests then replicate one of the demonstrated cocktails. Q & A is encouraged throughout.

    After the teams are equipped with cocktail knowledge, they are then set the task of creating the best cocktails which is judged against the other teams. Each group gets a ‘Mystery Basket’ that they can use to create their own cocktail (with assistance as needed). A winning team is chosen and awarded a prize.

    You will learn the art of mixology, how to make your own custom cocktail, and “Wow” your friends with your new skills.

Marsha and her team were fantastic to work with! Marsha laid out a detailed mocktails list for my company's event and provided add-on options; great at communicating with any follow ups; and was timely in preparation / breakdown day-of the event. The company guests were super immersed and impressed with this mocktail making session. The mixologists were great at explaining through the drink-making process and brought such positive energy. The teacher was knowledgeable and very structured. We did a class that was first part learning how to craft a certain cocktail (everyone had to make the same) and second part crafting a different cocktail, on teams. It was very informative and used a couple of hours of time which was great - I think the most consistent feedback I got from our group was that they wanted to branch out more in the first cocktail making section. We had a great time!
