Ericka Michelle Lassair aka “Chef Diva” is a New Orleans native and Founder of Diva Dawg Food Truck, which is acclaimed for her unique take on the Creole flavors that speaks to her family’s deep New Orleans roots. Diva Dawg Food Truck has expanded into a successful catering business that services everything from local venues, to weddings, private parties, festivals, and movie sets. Chef Diva and her truck even made an appearance in the popular movie “Girls Trip,” and a few others.
