Additional information:

• Shoes that can get wet are encouraged.
• Water protection for cell phones and other items are recommended; dry bags are sold at the shop if needed.
• Falling in the river is not typical but ok if you do; swimming is allowed; the river bottom can be sandy or have some mussel beds.
• High winds can make paddling more difficult.
• We cannot rent equipment on Bass River if there is lightning.
• Paddles and life vest are provided for all participants.
