Additional Information:

• The minimum age to participate safely is 14. A parent waiver & consent form is required for ages 14-17.
• Please bring your own yoga mat, we provide everything else you need for class.
• Bring your own decorations to make it your own—just no glitter or confetti, please!
• We have three bathrooms with changing space plus a boutique shower room stocked with everything you need.
• Enjoy complimentary snacks, water, coffee & tea before or after class.
• Plenty of convenient parking is available right out front for you & your crew.
