Ballooning is a fun, safe and exciting activity for almost anyone, however there are a few things to keep in mind. Please take a moment to ensure that you, your friends and family meet the flight requirements.

While we love having families fly with us, children must be at least 8 years old AND 54” tall to participate. Expectant mothers are not permitted to fly, nor are four-legged family members (including emotional support animals). We do not offer pet-sitting during flights. All guests must be able-bodied, in good health, and able to understand and follow instructions. Our gondolas (balloon baskets) are not wheelchair accessible, nor can they accommodate service animals, oxygen tanks, crutches, canes, or other assistive devices. Guest over 260 pounds individual weight will need to purchase an extra ticket.
