The Link Lab showed up to hold a Charm Bar party for my preteen and her friends. It was loud, with lots of craziness, but Miss Sidney (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was professional, kind, and so much help!! The girls (and the moms) had a great time, and the jewelry is lovely! Highly suggest!!

We had a Link Lab party and it was amazing. The ladies that linked, our jewelry were very knowledgeable and had everything we asked for. It is permanent jewelry that last!🥰

My daughter and 5 friends had the best time making charm bracelets. So many charms to pick from. Sydney had a Happy Birthday sign and balloon to welcome my daughter. Super fun experience. We loved the music and intimate setting. Highly recommend.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE The Link Lab! I've gotten many bracelets here and will continue coming back for more. The staff are some of the nicest people I have ever met and treat me like family any time I come in. Could not recommend them enough!

The Link lab was such a great experience for our sister/cousin date. The atmosphere & customer service was amazing from beginning to end! There are several jewelry styles to choose from, so there's something for everyone. We love our bracelets/anklets and would recommend The Link Lab for anyone interested in permanent jewelry!

The Link Lab was such an amazing addition to our rehearsal dinner!! I wanted to give my bridesmaids a special gift and a permanent bracelet was perfect to remember the occasion!! Shelly was fantastic to work with and managed to fit me into their schedule with only a few days notice before the event!!! Shelly was so friendly and genuine and patient with each person (and multiple kids) and managed to do 15 bracelets/anklets for us!!! I would highly recommend The Link Lab to anyone!!! My sisters and I are already planning our next visit!!! Go see them!!

I surprised my husband with a date night to The Link Lab. Shelly helped us and it was a great experience and so fun. Even though we were walk ins, Shelly was patient and took her time to answer all our questions and letting us browse. I’ve been showing off my new jewelry to everyone I see! Not to mention, Shelly and her team were so kind, attentive, very pleasant, and welcoming. They were incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions with honesty and care. They reassured me even though it is “permanent” if there was anything I didn’t like later, I could return and they would be happy to assist with any changes or concerns.
