About the neighborhood
Located on the peaceful country side of Hau'ula of the famous North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Our property is perfectly place between the mountain back drope and ocean views and breeze and conveniently placed 10 minutes between Kualoa Ranch and the Polynesian Cultural Center the two top rated tourist atractions in all of Hawaii.

We have plenty of beach gear for your stay, including boogie boards, umbrellas, snorkel masks, sand toys, and beach chairs!
How far is the house from the actual sand/beach?
The beach is right across the street so maybe roughly around 40ft distance. It’s mostly reef and depending on the tide the waves be right up to the road. But there is a nice white sandy beach just a 3-5 minute walk away. We're also just a short 5 minute drive in either direction to a few beaches you can boogie board.
Is A/C available in the listing?
Yes, each of the 5 units have AC.
Does the home have washer and dryer?
Yes! Washer is available for you to use. 4 total sets on property. You can find it outside on the ground level. behind each home
Whats the sleeping arrangements and breakdown of the beds?
Each unit offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for eight guests, with a total capacity of 40 people across all five units. Are we able to have our wedding here?
Our property is located along the highway across the ocean with great views, however the shore is mostly reef and not ideal for a ceremony. There is a sandy beach just minutes away from the listing. I also know a great wedding venue for larger gatherings just a minute down the road that I can share. We also have ample space on the property grounds where the ceremony can be held, including a nice yard with a coconut grove backdrop.
We will have family come and go to the place. can we have guests visit during the day?
As long as you're not actually making a disturbance or having a loud gathering, we would totally understand. Just have "quiet hours" from 9pm-9am. Also, your reservation includes 1 parking but if you have an extra car, please let us know so we can make arrangements.
