About the neighborhood
This home is located in the beautiful, gated community of Terra Lago. The Golf Club at Terra Lago offers two championship-length 18-hole golf courses with scenic mountain and lake views. A short 15-20 minute drive to La Quinta and PGA West you will have access to countless golf courses. If daytime golf is not an option with your itinerary, you will find the only par 3 NIGHT TIME golf course in the entire Coachella Valley at The Lights at Indio Golf Course (less than a 2-mile drive/5 minutes away).
Other fun activities include Indio Hills Badlands Trailhead, Fantasy Springs Casino both less than 5 minutes away and Agua Caliente Casinos. Given the great location of Terra Lago and easy freeway access, you will be a short 12 minute drive away from the Empire Polo Club for Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals, Old Town La Quinta, El Paseo Shopping District in Palm Desert, Indian Wells Tennis Garden host to BNP Paribas Open, hot air balloon rides, hiking Cactus to Clouds (Mt. San Jacinto Peak), many restaurants, grocery stores and farmer’s market!
All of our guests will need to show a photo ID to the gatehouse guard upon entry into the neighborhood. Guests may enter the community through the gatehouse ONLY, which is located off of Avenue 44. Guests will NOT be able to enter through other gates, however may exit out of any gate.
Guests can enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood, take a scenic stroll around the lake while catching the beautiful sunsets, or take the kids to the park with playground. Unfortunately guests will not be able to access the community amenities, such as: clubhouse, pool, spa and lake (no fishing, swimming or boating in lake) as this is reserved for residents only.
Getting around
We recommend bringing your own vehicle or using ride-share with Uber/Lyft. Four vehicles can park in the driveway. Any additional vehicles will need to be approved and a specific street parking pass will need to be issued to avoid parking citations within the gated community.
Instruct your driver to enter from Avenue 44 and to provide your name and the home address to the gate attendant.
