About the neighborhood
An absolute must when you stay and walk all the streets in the neighborhood! Racquet Club Estates is famed for the Alexander Company-built mid-century homes. There is so much history in this neighborhood. It’s a quiet neighborhood with a big park with kids play area just 100 yards away. Free tennis courts, downtown area, hiking, large Albertsons grocery store are all about a mile away. Also some great public golf courses less than a 10-minute drive.
Getting around
The house is a short Uber ride to all the fun bars downtown.

Is there pool heat?
Please note that pool heating is $75 per day and we need 48 hours notice if you'd like it heated. Pool heating is recommended between October - April
Can we check in digitally?
We have a digital remote access but our concierge Marvin will meet you in person to show you around the house. He is local and available to answer any questions or concerns during your stay.
What is transient occupancy tax?
Palm Springs operates a City mandated Transient Occupancy Tax for all guests reservations, this applies to hotel stays as well as Airbnbs. The Transient Occupancy Tax is set by the City of Palm Springs at a fixed rate charge of 12.5% of your total booking. Which goes directly to the city, you can pay this upon arrival to the property manager who checks you in.
Can we check in early?
Our cleaning crew is amazing which makes all of us happy, we don't promise early check ins really far in advance due to the cleaners schedule. We can typically make an early arrival work but won't let you know until 24 hours in advance.
