Welcome to FLOHOM 10, a modern coastal luxury houseboat for up to four guests, docked at the Virginia Beach Fishing Center on historic Rudee Inlet. The beach is a short walk away. The boardwalk is even closer. And every morning, you wake up on the water at a working fishing marina where charter boats head out at dawn, and the inlet catches the first light of the day.

The interior is coastal, clean, and designed for comfort. A sun-filled living area with a designer queen sleeper sofa, Sonos speaker, and 50" smart TV opens to views of the inlet and the marina. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner stove, Nespresso maker, and complimentary welcome amenities. The bedroom features a king Helix Luxe mattress with Parachute linens, a workstation, and a 50" smart TV. A half-bathroom is also onboard.

Upstairs, the rooftop is where Rudee Retreat comes alive. An eight-seat dining table, a fire pit, a deep sectional sofa, lounge chairs, and wool blankets. The view reaches across the inlet, the marina, and out toward the open water. Sunrises over the ocean. Sunsets behind the city. And the smell of salt air the entire time.

Rudee Inlet is the hub for fishing charters, dolphin-watching tours, jet skiing, kayaking, parasailing, and surfing. The Virginia Beach Boardwalk and its strip of restaurants, bars, and entertainment are a short stroll. Your stay includes complimentary parking and Starlink WiFi.
