Yes, a car is included with your stay at no extra charge. You'll only pay for insurance, either a $35 Basic Liability Package or your own qualifying coverage, plus a refundable deposit. Drivers must be 25 or older with a valid license, and the rental needs to be confirmed at least 10 days before arrival.
How far is the beach and pool from the house?
The community pool is right next to the unit, and the beach is a 2- to 5-minute walk. Pink Octopus Restaurant and the Dockside Cafe & Shop are also just a few minutes away on foot.
Do we need to pay extra for the clubhouse and its amenities?
The clubhouse is optional and comes with a daily fee: $20 plus tax per person without gym access, or $30 plus tax with gym access, for ages 5 and up. If anyone in your group wants a pass, passes must be purchased for the entire group, and there's a 3-day minimum.
