The space:

• This 4-bedroom unit is located on the second floor of the building and is 2 stories.

• The first floor consists of a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony overlooking the marina.

• The second floor is a bedroom with 2 queen beds, a full bathroom, a work space, and games, making it a perfect space for teens, children, or adults.

Guests have access to:

• The community pool (located next to the unit)

• The beautiful beach (2-3 minute walk)

• Pink Octopus Restaurant (2-3 minute walk)

• Dockside Cafe/Shop.

Clubhouse membership is available at an additional daily rate per guest. Please note there is a 3-day minimum, and passes must be purchased for the entire group.

• This can be set up upon arrival by visiting the Palm Cay office.

• Daily Rates (kids 5 & over):

• Per day/ per person

• $20 + tax (without gym)

• $30 + tax (with gym)

• 3-day minimum, and passes must be purchased for the whole group

Other things to note:

Complimentary Car Rental is provided to all renters who are 25 or older with a valid driver's license! A deposit is required, and insurance is sold separately! Basic Liability Package is $35, or you can provide your own insurance once it meets the rental company's liability, collision, and comprehensive requirements. Please note that your booking must be confirmed 10 days before arrival to guarantee a car rental. Completion of car rental paperwork and payment of insurance are necessary to confirm your car rental.
