Come stay in our luxurious, newly renovated penthouse apartment at the top of a historic Brownstone. It boasts a convenient location just 15 minutes from Manhattan with plenty of cute cafes and seriously good eats nearby. We want to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible

The open chef’s kitchen with upgraded Bosch appliances will inspire you to head to the farmer’s market every day to whip up gastronomic delights. Lounge in the Eames chair while watching the OLED TV or listening to music. Relax in the king-sized bed fitted with everyone’s favorite Casper mattress. Take in the gorgeous, Brooklyn-made Workstead chandelier above you and custom Gallotti&Radice Italian lamp by your bedside. Breathe in the fresh air filtered with a Molekule air purifier in the bedroom and leafy plants in every room. Steam away in the massive, open shower while enjoying the feeling of heated tiles under your feet. We have everything you need for a perfect stay.

We’ve done everything we can to make this space a relaxing oasis to come home to after the bustle of the city. The place is newly renovated and furnished with an eclectic mix of antique and new furnishings, original art, and friendly plants.

We know how important it is to get a good night’s sleep while traveling—so we’ve fitted the bed with everyone’s favorite Casper mattress and better-than-average pillows. And for those mornings that the bed beckons more than the world outside, you can lounge in bed and watch the 65” Apple TV or listen to music.

The upgraded spa bathroom features a massive steam room/shower and natural stone tile (steam is turned off during the summer; we can turn it on per your request, as it takes a lot of power to have the AC running and steam going at the same time). This is one of our favorite features of the entire house, and it just might become yours as well.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to make a beautiful meal. Custom-made barn doors separate the kitchen from the other living areas. There is also a cozy breakfast nook to sit and enjoy a meal or get some work done.

The spacious living room features a state-of-the-art sound system, including a 125in/317cm motorized projector screen, to watch movies, sports, Netflix, anything your heart desires —the screen is huge, picture the size of a small car. The pendant lamp by Petite Friture from France creates the warmest vibes, along with a little help from a handmade lamp. Original photography and paintings made by our friends adorn the walls.

The host lives in the building and is readily accessible for any issues or concerns. Also co-host is readily accessible in the unit daily as well.
