BLOOM HOUSE (HOUSE 1)
Bedrooms and living areas: 4 spacious rooms and living room with a total of 10 beds and 1 sofa, comfortably sleeping up to 18 guests.
Bathrooms: 3 full baths, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.
Living Area: Open-concept living space that seamlessly blends into the dining and kitchen areas.
Dining Room: A beautiful table for 8, perfect for family dinners or celebratory feasts.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast bar seating 2.
Parking: Our driveway can accommodate up to 2-4 cars, depending on their size, and the grass turf within our gate can accommodate 2-4 vehicles. You won't have to worry about parking on the street. The Bloom House is located on a residential street, and we kindly ask our guests to park only in the designated space in front of the house to avoid any inconvenience to our neighbors.
GARDEN OF EDEN (HOUSE 2)
Space highlights: With 20 ft ceilings, the grand living area is perfect for gatherings, boasting ample natural light and stunning decor. The game room upstairs has a pool table and arcade game . Also opens up to a spacious balcony.
Bedrooms and living areas: 4 spacious rooms and one living room with a total of 12 beds and one sofa, comfortably sleeping up to 22 guests.
Bathrooms: 3 full baths, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.
Living Area: Open-concept living space that seamlessly blends into the dining and kitchen areas.
Dining Room: The dining room seats 10, while the kitchen island accommodates 4, making it perfect for large meals and celebrations.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances.
Parking: Our driveway can accommodate up to 4-6 cars, depending on their size. Please, no parking on the grass. The Garden of Eden is located on a residential street, and we kindly ask our guests to park only in the designated space in front of the house to avoid any inconvenience to our neighbors.

How far are you from Downtown?
It is located 6 miles from the heart of Downtown Houston. It can take anywhere from 6 to 12 minutes to get to downtown, depending on the part of Downtown and not including traffic.
What is your early check-in and late check-out policy?
Check-in time is at 4pm. Check-out time is at 11am. EARLY CHECK-INS Guests can request early check-ins within 1 day of their arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed and we will not be able to approve any early check-ins before this 1-day window. If early check-in is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour up until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8am. LATE CHECK-OUTS Guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure only. Additionally, any last minute requests will not be considered (the night before checkout). Late checkouts are not guaranteed and we will not be able to approve any late check-outs before before this 2-day window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour after the normal 11am check-out time. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 4pm.
